If you haven’t heard, Nashville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country and was recently named to be one of the best cities for company founders. The real estate data company Clever conducted a study that provides that there are 4.14 CEOs for every 1,000.

When you think about it, it makes sense. Nashville is centrally located and a manageable drive away from cities like Atlanta, Memphis, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Louisville, Birmingham, Asheville, and Cincinnati. The real estate market is growing like crazy, and if the commercial construction taking place on literally every corner is any indicator — the population of the city isn’t set to slow down any time soon.

The good thing for businesses wanting to start or grow in the city, there are numerous resources available to help them succeed, like Launch TN. Each Fall, Launch hosts an event called 3686 (smartly named for the latitude and longitude of Nashville) that brings in business founders, leaders, and investors from across the region to network and learn.
