If you haven’t already heard the exciting news, Erica and Michael the high school sweethearts from Midfield High School, are featured in the 2014 Fall/Winter Edition of Munaluchi Bridal Magazine. The art-inspired issue can be found nationally in Target and Barnes & Noble stores. In the Birmingham area, Erica may have purchased all of the copies, but who can name her?

Their ceremony and reception took place at Rancho de las Aguilas, a favorite of mine, and ellyB Events, whose work I have admired for some time, planned the event. Wanting something a little different than the popular Spring pastels, Erica decided on a modern theme, with a vibrant pallet of oranges and pinks. ellyB executed her vision perfectly and even arranged for the couple to be sent off with a fireworks show, which none of their guests expected.
