It’s no secret that I love shooting weddings. But what most people don’t know, my love for weddings has more to do with the relationship I am able to build with my couples during their engagement and less to do with the flowers and cake. Don’t get me wrong, I love the beautiful details of a wedding day and the stories behind those details, but it’s the couples that I adore. So, I am always a little sad after each wedding, knowing that I don’t have that couple’s big day to look forward to anymore. Fortunately, the friendships I build with my couples usually continues past the wedding day and I am blessed with opportunities to work with them as they build their lives together.

I was very excited when Tiki scheduled a Fall Mini Session with me mark their first year anniversary. They are as much in love a today as the first time I met with them, and they shared their story of falling in love.
