I kind of love these two. Their engagement session actually wasn’t the first time I photographed these them. Chris hired me to photograph his proposal to Ashley, allowing me to embrace my desires to be a secret operative… hiding in the bushes with my super zoom lens… capturing the moment he got on one knee and she offered up a tearful, “yes!!”  It was a great moment.

Their engagement session was just as great, if not better! For a while, it seemed like it was never going to happen, due to TWO weather-related cancellations and their very busy professional schedules. Ashley is a registered nurse and Chris graduated from law school last week (hello power couple!!) But finally, the stars aligned in our favor. Enjoy!!

So apparently, people (including Chris) still like Auburn. *pauses and waits for mean emails from my Auburn friends*  Ashley attended the University of Florida, so their rivalry and love for football were awesome themes to incorporate into their session.

I look forward to traveling down to Eglin Airforce Base, Florida in October to capture the next step on their journey.
