I have known Samika and her husband David for a few years now. She and I have had the opportunity to work together in a few different capacities, while he and I cross paths so often, that it sometimes seems that we keep the same schedule.  Their oldest son, Calieb, and mine overlapped in age for a few months, placing them in the same day care class… yet, this was the first time I had the opportunity to photograph them as a family! I hope that it won’t be the last!!
