Last month, I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding with my dear friend, Elizabeth-Ann of eakPhotography. The truth is, it was my first time second shooting a wedding. Going into it, I was a little nervous about whether I would be a good second shooter (you know, the one who makes the primary photographer’s job 10x more enjoyable.) But, I was also excited to watch someone whose work I admire, and to be able to capture such a beautiful wedding without the added stress that goes into being in the primary role.
The wedding truly was beautiful. The ceremony and reception took place at a fairly new local venue, Rancho de las Aguilas. Every detail of the wedding was delicate, rustic, and well-thought out. To a gal that spends a shamefully amount of time on pinterest, drooling over weddings with fabulous diy details, the wedding was pretty much perfect.
Here are some my favorite images from the day! Be sure to also check out Elizabeth-Ann’s blog to see her images, and to learn a little more about this beautiful couple!
