Meet the Barrons | North Carolina Family Portraits

I spent an afternoon with the Barron family, in Durham, North Carolina this past fall.  Each of their personalities compliment the whole, to create a truly well-rounded family.  Heather and I both graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and are a part of the same sorority.  She is the type of mom most of us aspire to be. The type who uses cloth diapers, carries her daughters in a sling, is dedicated to and advocates for women who nurse, and gives of herself whole-heartedly, without question. Gabriela is confident, independent, and protective of her little sister. Liliana, the baby, has this little bit of spunk brewing beneath the surface… you can already tell that she is going to be outspoken and as inspiring to others as her mother is. Angel takes care of three girls, and surely has a long road ahead of him with two beautiful daughters on his hands.

I am already looking forward to seeing the Barrons again, on my next trip to North Carolina!
