Neither had a reason to move to Nashville. Arica was just looking for a nice city to live and Chris was looking for a place with a lower cost of living than Los Angeles. After each lived there for a few years, they met online on Christian Mingle and suddenly it seemed like that Nashville was where their paths were meant to cross.
Chris planned to ask Arica to a Saturday night Nashville Preds game, but was so excited for their first date and believed so strongly in their potential, that he asked her to join him at the Loveless Cafe & Barn for Music City Roots on a Wednesday, eventually planning to go to the game on Saturday, also. Both left their first date, knowing they had found something really special.
The Loveless Cafe is also where Chris also proposed, making it the perfect location for their engagement session!
Arica and Chris will live in a house divided.. many, many times. The Nasvhille Preds are actually the only team they are able to agree on!
I truly had a blast exploring Nashville with Arica and Chris and am looking forward to returning in October to shoot their wedding… and to enjoy some good music, biscuits, and barbecue!!
