Tommia has an infectious energy. You simply can’t not be excited about her wedding when you talk to her.  In her very first email to me, she deemed me her “event capture artist,” because “photographer” just didn’t do my to-be role justice. And then we Skyped! During our call, I was able to get a first glance at her and Kenric’s combined energy, which is just as fantastic.

Tommia is from Birmingham, but lives in Baton Rouge.  She and Kenric traveled to Birmingham for their engagement session last month. As happens more often than I like, rain slowly crept into the forecast. But without hesitation (ok, there may have been a smidgen of hesitation,) Tommia and Kenric decided we would make the best of it; if it rained–we would make it work! And that, ladies and gentlemen, is just about as good as it gets for a photographer! Luckily, the rain held off for most of the session.
