My friends over at the Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Center seriously spoil me with the best events! Last month I photographed the second annual College Rewind Backyard Band Party. This annual event is the ASC Junior Patrons’ signature event, and raises money for the Junior Patrons Education and Outreach fund, which supports free programs and provides scholarships for students. The party took place at the beautiful ArtPlay house, located in the heart of the Southside, just blocks from the Alys Stephens Center. And oh, that house... I immediately fell in love with it. Originally built in 1896, its details have been preserved and are absolutely breathtaking. The home can be rented out for events, and I believe it would be fantastic for a wedding reception.
Jupiter Coyote was the featured musical act and Jim and Nicks provided the delicious food. Everyone involved should pat themselves on the back for executing such a successful event!
